🧾 Submission Guidelines
- Authors are invited to submit original research papers (not previously published or under review elsewhere).
- All submissions will undergo a double-blind peer review by the Technical Program Committee.
- Accepted papers must be presented (online or onsite) at the conference for inclusion in the proceedings.
- Papers must be prepared according to the publisher's format (details will be provided after acceptance).
- Paper length: 6-8 pages including references, figures, and tables.
- Submission format: PDF following IEEE or Springer conference templates.
