Registration is only available for authors with accepted papers. Once your paper is accepted, you will receive detailed registration instructions via email with your acceptance notification.
📝 Registration Information
To participate in ICETADS-2025 and have your paper included in the Scopus-indexed proceedings, at least one author of each accepted paper must complete the registration process. Registration includes access to all conference sessions, proceedings, certificate of participation, and other conference materials.
Who Can Register?
Only authors whose papers have been accepted after peer review are eligible to register. You will receive an acceptance notification email with your Paper ID and registration instructions.

Note: Registration fees are non-refundable. Multiple paper submissions require separate registrations for each paper.
📋 Step-by-Step Registration Process
Follow these simple steps to complete your registration after your paper is accepted:
Receive Acceptance Notification
After the peer review process, accepted authors will receive an official acceptance email containing:
- Your unique Paper ID
- Reviewer comments and feedback
- Registration instructions
- Payment details
Complete Registration Form
Fill out the online registration form with the following information:
- Paper ID (provided in acceptance email)
- Author details (name, affiliation, email, phone)
- Registration category (Student/Industry/IEEE Member)
- Participation mode (Online or Offline)
- Additional requirements (certificates, meals, etc.)
Make Payment
Complete the payment using the details provided in your acceptance email:
- Bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS)
- Online payment gateway (if available)
- UPI payment
Important: Payment details including bank account information will be provided only to accepted authors via email. Please mention your Paper ID in the payment transaction remarks.
Submit Payment Proof
After making the payment, send the following documents to contact@icetads.in:
- Payment receipt/transaction screenshot
- Filled registration form (if sent via email)
- Student ID proof (for student category)
- IEEE membership certificate (for IEEE discount)
Receive Confirmation
Within 48 hours of submitting your payment proof, you will receive:
- Registration confirmation email
- Official registration receipt
- Conference access credentials
- Further instructions for camera-ready paper submission
- Conference schedule and joining details

- Non-Refundable: Registration fees are non-refundable under any circumstances
- Multiple Papers: Separate registration required for each accepted paper
- Presentation Mandatory: Papers without presentation will not be published
- Listeners/Attendees: Non-authors can attend as listeners (contact for special rates)
- Registration Deadline: Complete registration before the deadline to ensure proceedings inclusion
