📄 Paper Submission Guidelines

We invite researchers, academicians, and industry professionals to submit their original research papers for ICETADS-2025. Follow the guidelines below for a successful submission.

📋 Submission Requirements

• Originality: Papers must be original and not previously published or under review elsewhere
• Length: 4-6 pages including references, figures, and tables
• Format: PDF format following IEEE or Springer conference templates
• Language: English (US or UK spelling, but consistent throughout)
• Review Process: Double-blind peer review
• Presentation: At least one author must register and present the paper

📝 Formatting Instructions

• Use the official conference template (IEEE or Springer format)
• Paper title should be concise and descriptive
• Include author names, affiliations, and email addresses
• Provide an abstract (150-250 words)
• Include 4-6 keywords
• Structure: Introduction, Related Work, Methodology, Results, Conclusion, References
• All figures and tables must be properly captioned and referenced in text
• References should follow IEEE or Springer citation style

🔍 Review Process

1. Submission: Authors submit papers through the submission portal
2. Initial Screening: Papers are checked for plagiarism and formatting compliance
3. Peer Review: Each paper is reviewed by at least 2-3 experts in double-blind review
4. Decision: Authors receive acceptance/rejection notification with reviewers' comments
5. Revision: Accepted papers must be revised based on feedback
6. Camera-Ready: Final version submitted with copyright form
