Note:As per multiple author requests, ICETADS-2025 will now be conducted in Online Mode. Participants can present their papers virtually through the official online platform. (The earlier Hybrid Mode — Online + Offline — has been revised to a fully Online format.)
Full Paper Submission Deadline
30th October 2025
→ 14th November 2025 (Extended)
Submit your complete research paper in PDF format following the conference template. Papers should be 6-8 pages including references.
Submit NowNotification of Acceptance / Review Result
15th November 2025
Authors will receive the review results and acceptance notifications via email. Accepted papers must be revised based on reviewers' comments.
Submission of Camera-Ready Paper & Copyright Form
15th January 2026
Submit the final camera-ready version of your paper along with the signed copyright transfer form. Ensure all reviewer comments are addressed.

- Papers without registration will not be included in the proceedings
